Serdica is the ancient name of Sofia – the capital city of Bulgaria. The city is a unique combination of ancient and modern – it keeps its amazing cultural heritage from centuries. In the same time it provokes your senses with its dynamic rhythm and entertainment possibilities – like all modern European cities. And Rome – The Eternal city, is just at an hour flight time from Sofia. We offer a great opportunity to combine visit of two of the most beautiful capitals on the Old continent – the Bulgarian beauty Sofia and the pearl of the Apennines – Rome.

Day 1 – Sofia

Arrival to Sofia. Transfer from the airport and accommodation in 4* hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Sofia – Rila Monastery – Sofia

After breakfast – meet your tour guide for panoramic tour around the Bulgarian capital (a 8500 years old city!) and visit to the most interesting historical sights: the Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the St. Sofia Church. and the historical and cultural center of the capital. Departure to Vitosha mountain where we will visit the National Museum of History with its unique collection of gold treasures. In the afternoon – free time at leisure or shopping. Dinner in the local restaurant. After dinner the dynamic night life of Sofia awaits the fans of casinos, night clubs, bars and discos. B, L, D.

Day 3 – Sofia – Rome

After breakfast – transfer to Sofia airport for flight to Rome, Italy. Accommodation, dinner and overnight in 4* hotel in Rome. B, L, D.

Day 4 – Rome

After breakfast – city tour of Rome with visit the Colosseum, Capitoline Hill, Roman Froum, the Spanish Square, Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. In the afternoon – free time at leisure or shopping. Dinner and overnight. B, L, D.

Day 5 – Rome

After breakfast – visit of Vatican city. In the afternoon – free time at leisure or shopping. Dinner and overnight. B, L, D.

Day 6 – Rome

After breakfast – transfer to the airport and flight back home.
