Bulgaria is one of the oldest countries in Europe – it exists as a nation from more than 13 centuries! Our country has rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful nature, customs and traditions from millenniums, magnificent cuisine as unique combination between the European and Mediterranean one, warm and hospitable people. There are 11 cultural and natural sights in Bulgaria under the protection of UNESCO. During the last several years, there are a lot of new hotels constructed in the country and nowadays, Bulgaria can be named as a country with one of the newest hotel base in Europe. In this tour we offer small, but the essential part of all sights in Bulgaria and combination with short break in the neighboring megalopolis Istanbul – one city on two continents.

Day 1 – Sofia
Arrival to Sofia. Transfer from the airport and accommodation in 4* hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2 – Sofia
After breakfast – meet your tour guide for panoramic tour around the Bulgarian capital (a 8500 years old city!) and visit to the most interesting historical sights: the Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the St. Sofia Church. and the historical and cultural center of the capital. Departure to Vitosha mountain where we will visit the National Museum of History with its unique collection of gold treasures. In the afternoon – free time at leisure or shopping. Dinner in the local restaurant. After dinner the dynamic night life of Sofia awaits the fans of casinos, night clubs, bars and discos. B, L, D.
Day 3 – Sofia – Rila Monastery – Plovdiv
After breakfast – departure to Rila Monastery. Located in Rila mountain it is the biggest Bulgarian monastery and the most important spiritual center during the centuries. It is listed in UNESCO world heritage list. In the afternoon – we drive to Plovdiv – the city of the 7 hills. Dinner with wine tasting in a boutique wine cellar in the nearby village of Brestovitsa. Accommodation and overnight in 4* hotel in Plovdiv. B, L, D.
Day 4 – Plovdiv – Istanbul
After breakfast – city tour in the old part of Plovdiv, built in IV century B.C. from King Philip of Macedonia. Transfer to Istanbul – a city on two continents, an Emperors' Citadel and a guard of the secular Turkey of today. Arriving in Istanbul in the late afternoon. Accommodation in 4* hotel. Dinner on a boat along Bosporus – border of two continents. Overnight in the hotel. B, L, D.
Day 5 – Istanbul
After breakfast – city tour of Istanbul – the Egyptian Obelisk, the Blue Mosque, St. Sofia Church, Sultan's Palace Topkapi, the famous Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Market (spices and other goods). In the evening – dinner in a show restaurant with folklore program and belly dances. B, L, D.
Day 6 – Istanbul
After breakfast – free time. Transfer to the airport and flight back home.
